Below, our missed appointment policies are outlined.
Late Arrival Policy: We make every effort to be on time for all our appointments. Unfortunately, when even one patient arrives late, it can throw off the entire schedule for that day. In addition, rushing or “squeezing in” an appointment can affect those on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in being asked to re-schedule.
Cancellation of an Appointment: To be respectful of other patients, please call our office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. If it is after hours, please leave your message on our voicemail, or with our answering service. We understand emergencies cannot be avoided.
Appointment No Show Policy: A “no show” is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it within 24 hours. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no show”.
The first time there is a “no show”, we will contact you via phone to inform you of the missed appointment and remind you of our “no show” policy.
Existing clients with 2 missed appointments must have a non-refundable deposit of the examination fee when re-scheduling. New clients with 1 missed appointment must have a non-refundable deposit of the examination fee when re-scheduling.
This includes technician appointments and will result in a deposit being your total for that appointment. Example: Nail trim fee, if scheduled for a nail trim.
A single missed surgery will require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to re-schedule the surgery.
Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards the bill at check out.
