Payment
Policy
The doctors and
staff of WVCS make every
effort to estimate the cost
of planned treatment before
providing services, and to
advise you of your options.
However, the estimate is
exactly that, an estimate.
The actual cost of the
services may be greater than
the estimate based on the
medical needs of your
animal. Sometimes your
animal’s health requires
that the treatment plan be
changed once admitted. The
doctors or staff will make
every effort to contact you
if this becomes necessary.
We
require a deposit of 50% of
the estimated fees when your
animal is admitted to the
hospital for non-elective
procedures, and payment in
full is due upon discharge
of your animal from our
hospital. For all elective
surgeries (spays,
castrations, dentals,
de-claws), payment in full is
due upon discharge of you
pet.
Payment
is expected at time of
service. In order to keep
operating costs as low as
possible, West Central
Veterinary Services is not
able to extend credit.
For
your convenience we accept
MasterCard, Visa, and
Discover as well as cash and
checks (driver's license
number is required for
use of checks). We also accept CareCredit, a personal line
of credit usable for payment
of your pet’s medical bills.
You may apply on line at
www.carecredit.com
at home or we can assist you
at our hospital to get you
an approved line of credit.
Boarding Policy
We require all
animals boarding in our
kennels to be current on
vaccinations, in good general
health, and parasite free.
This is for their protection
as well as the protection of other guests
staying in our kennels. Dogs
are required to be current
on rabies, distemper, and
kennel
cough vaccinations. Cats need to
be current with rabies and
distemper vaccinations.
If vaccinations were not
performed at WCVS, we will
need to see proof of
vaccinations prior to
boarding. If external parasites
(fleas, ticks, etc.) are
present at time of drop off
, the pet will be treated at
the owners expense.
All
accommodations are charged
by the day. All check-ins
and check-outs will take
place in normal business
hours. A complimentary bath
will be given for pets
staying over 3 days. Lots of
TLC is included free of
charge!
To save
time when dropping off your
pets, bring signed and
completed copies of the
boarding policies and the
boarding release form with
you.
